VP-S Vacuum xijet address printer w/ Inbuilt Feeder Replaces accufast p4

Using our 50+ years servicing equipment in the field, we have designed our system to be both user friendly and service friendly. There are many design considerations that we have implemented from both our experience and the feedback from our many customers over the years, as well as in collaboration with Ken St. John the now retired owner of AccuFast. Making this is an ideal replacement for the accufast p4.

It was very important to us to avoid the use of chipped ink/managed care ink. We strongly believe that the lack of option to use non-proprietary ink to be a disservice to our customers. This is how ever an option if that is something that you do prefer.

Pictured is our VP-S, this comes standard with 4 ink stalls, in two banks of 2 allowing for 2" of print area. This system comes standard with Xijet ink technology and accommodates any HP45 style ink cartridge. The choice not to go with a chipped ink allows for a massive variety of ink options, including but not limited to OEM, Remanufactured inks,  water based inks, solvent based inks, many standard colors, and custom colors. In addition to increasing your options, it also keeps your costs down at a significant savings over the chipped option. Most times, this is even the exact same ink but in a much more economical cartridge.

Some important features worth mentioning are;

• 100 ips. standard, which is approximately 36,000 #10's per hour.
• 600x600 Maximum Dpi.
• Material thickness: up to half inch, down to 1 sheet.
• Minimum piece length: 2.25"
• Minimum piece width: 1"
• We use a true vacuum base, not just computer fans. This eliminates the need for hold down wheels/pinch rollers which can impede print quality and quickly become the largest consumable behind the ink itself.
